Appended to accepted history by the runtime when a ResumeSession RPC is accepted (RFC-MACP-0001 §7.5). Clients MUST NOT submit this via the Send RPC.

banked_ms: i64

Milliseconds of TTL banked during the suspension and restored to the session’s absolute deadline on resume (RFC-MACP-0003 §2).
