A certificate-signing request whose proof of possession has been verified.

This type cannot be constructed except by verify_certificate_request, and its fields are private. Holding one is therefore itself the evidence that the request’s self-signature verified strictly under the key it carries — there is no path that produces a VerifiedRequest for a key the requester did not demonstrably control.
