One page of scope identifiers returned by StoragePort::list_scopes.

scopes is ordered ascending by Scope string. next_cursor is Some when the underlying backend has more scopes to yield — callers pass the returned cursor back unchanged to fetch the next page. The cursor is an opaque UTF-8 string (Q-U1 lock 2026-05-17 — opaque base64 of the backend’s native pagination handle); callers MUST NOT parse or mutate it.

next_cursor == None means the enumeration is exhausted; subsequent calls with a None cursor restart from the beginning.
