One entry from a backend’s hot-key sketch (StoragePort::hot_keys).

key is the RAW backend key (e.g. a Moon lunaris:{scope}:{kind}:{ulid} KV key or an FT doc HASH key) — consumers MUST treat it as untrusted bytes and classify/validate before surfacing it anywhere (lunaris-server never exposes raw keys; it aggregates into bounded (scope, kind) labels). sampled_count is the backend’s sampled estimate — on Moon, 1-in-64 sampling means multiplying by 64 approximates the true command count.
