AVG(in_scope): filter declared to cover this subcommand.

§reduced_ratio: f64

AVG(reduced): filter actually shrank output on average.

§external_ratio: f64

AVG(is_external_plugin): handler came from ~/.lowfat/plugins/ rather than the binary’s compiled-in filters. Drives the source column.
