NetId

Struct NetId

Source
pub struct NetId(pub [u8; 3]);
Expand description

Network ID (3 bytes).

Identifies the home network. Carried in Join Accept and in the B0 block for some MIC calculations.

Tuple Fields§

§0: [u8; 3]

Implementations§

Source§

impl NetId

Source

pub const fn new(bytes: [u8; 3]) -> Self

Construct from a fixed-size array.

Source

pub const fn from_slice(s: &[u8]) -> Result<Self>

Construct from a slice, validating the length.

§Errors

Returns Error::InvalidIdentifierLength when the slice length does not match the expected size.

Source

pub const fn as_bytes(&self) -> &[u8; 3]

Borrow the underlying bytes.

Source§

impl NetId

Source

pub fn from_hex(s: &str) -> Result<Self>

Construct from a hex string.

§Errors

Error::Hex if the input is not valid hex. Error::InvalidIdentifierLength if the decoded byte length is wrong.

Source

pub fn from_base64(s: &str) -> Result<Self>

Construct from a standard base64 string.

§Errors

Error::Base64 if the input is not valid base64. Error::InvalidIdentifierLength if the decoded byte length is wrong.
