Configuration for retry behavior.

Fields

max_retries: u32

Maximum number of retry attempts (0 = no retries, 1 = one retry).

initial_delay: Duration

Initial delay before the first retry.

max_delay: Duration

Maximum delay between retries (caps exponential growth).

backoff_multiplier: f64

Multiplier for exponential backoff (e.g., 2.0 doubles each time).

jitter: bool

Whether to add random jitter to the delay.
