Verified Professional Attestation (VPA)
Industry-agnostic credential attestation. The protocol does not interpret what the credential IS - it only cares about:
- Category (license, cert, degree, experience)
- Difficulty tier (1-5)
- Verification level
All credential details are stored as opaque strings.
