Versioned durability policy identity.

The policy names describe behavior rather than one provider product. ZonalLowLatency is admitted only when the selected object leaf proves the required zonal semantics. The remaining stable names are deliberate reservations and return a typed unavailable refusal.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
