Authentication and RBAC configuration.

When enabled is true, every request (except /health) must carry a valid API key in the Authorization: Bearer <key> header. The admin_key serves as a bootstrap key for initial setup.

enabled: bool

Enable API-key authentication and RBAC enforcement.

admin_key: Option<String>

Bootstrap admin key — grants full admin access when auth is enabled. This key is not stored hashed; it’s compared directly from config.
