A grow-only counter CRDT.

Per-node counters are merged by taking the component-wise maximum. The aggregate value is the sum of all per-node counters.

Return the aggregate value across all nodes.

pub fn merge(&self, other: &GCounter) -> GCounter

Merge with another GCounter, taking the component-wise maximum.

The operation is commutative, associative, and idempotent.
