A single per-tensor importance matrix entry, as loaded from a .imatrix file.

Each entry contains activation statistics for one model tensor collected from a calibration dataset. When supplied to QuantizeParams::with_imatrix these statistics guide the quantizer to allocate more precision to weights that matter most.

Returns NulError if name contains an interior null byte.
