Struct Persona

A voter with a view of its own: a persona. anchor in [0, 1] is how far it moves off its ballot in a settle; 0 never moves, 1 is a plain DeGroot voter. entities are the domains it speaks to.

The runner that thinks as this persona, in a session of its own (persona_session); none leaves its ballots to a subagent’s brief.
