CAN MTU to use (e.g. CAN_MTU or CANFD_MTU).

§tx_dl: u8

TX data length in bytes for CAN FD (8/12/16/20/24/32/48/64).

§tx_flags: u8

CAN FD flags (e.g. BRS).
