Point-in-time secondary index observability snapshot.

Lets operators poll one value instead of racing several counters: the lag watermark since the last rebuild baseline, the wall-clock age of that lag, and whether candidate lookups currently serve from the index.

Fields

enabled: bool

Whether a property index is built.

consistency: IndexConsistency

Active consistency contract.

failures: u64

Total index write failures since the last counter reset.

baseline: u64

Failure count at the last rebuild baseline.

lag: u64

Failures since the baseline; zero means the index is current.

usable: bool

Whether candidate lookups may serve from the index.

stale_secs: u64

Seconds since the index first lagged; zero while current.

pool_capacity: u64

Pool capacity recorded at the last build, reused by auto rebuilds.
