Per-operator execution profiling.
OperatorProfile is the serializable snapshot, ProfileEntry holds
lock-free atomic counters for the hot path, ProfileBoard is the
per-query store, and ProfileCollector aggregates profiles for
EXPLAIN / PROFILE output.
