Per-query execution runtime.

Split by concern:

• columnar_stats — columnar fast-path counters and PROFILE snapshots
• profile — per-operator profiling (OperatorProfile, ProfileBoard, ProfileCollector)
• resources — cleanup ownership (ResourceOwner) and the QueryFinishGuard RAII lifecycle guard
• this module — ExecutionRuntime, the per-query composition root
