pub struct ValueRowContext { /* private fields */ }Expand description
Row context for expression evaluation with Value types
Every context carries an Arc<SlotLayout> so that get_variable(name)
resolves through layout.slot_id(name) → row[slot] without any
separate name-to-index map or runtime fallback.
Implementations§
Source§impl ValueRowContext
impl ValueRowContext
Sourcepub fn new(row: Vec<Value>, layout: Arc<SlotLayout>) -> Self
pub fn new(row: Vec<Value>, layout: Arc<SlotLayout>) -> Self
Create a new context from a row and slot layout.
Sourcepub fn with_parameters(
row: Vec<Value>,
layout: Arc<SlotLayout>,
parameters: Arc<HashMap<String, Value>>,
) -> Self
pub fn with_parameters( row: Vec<Value>, layout: Arc<SlotLayout>, parameters: Arc<HashMap<String, Value>>, ) -> Self
Create a new context with parameter values for @name resolution.
Sourcepub fn with_env(row: Vec<Value>, layout: Arc<SlotLayout>, env: &EvalEnv) -> Self
pub fn with_env(row: Vec<Value>, layout: Arc<SlotLayout>, env: &EvalEnv) -> Self
Create a new context from a full evaluation environment.
Sourcepub fn build_parameter_map(
schema: &ParameterSchema,
frame: &ParameterFrame,
) -> HashMap<String, Value>
pub fn build_parameter_map( schema: &ParameterSchema, frame: &ParameterFrame, ) -> HashMap<String, Value>
Build a name→value map from schema and frame.
Sourcepub fn from_names(row: Vec<Value>, col_names: Vec<String>) -> Self
pub fn from_names(row: Vec<Value>, col_names: Vec<String>) -> Self
Create a new context by building a layout from column names.
This is a convenience for sites that only have column-name strings
(e.g. helper functions). The layout is
created once and reused for all subsequent get_variable() calls
so there is never a name-map fallback at runtime.

impl ExpressionContext for ValueRowContext
Source§fn get_variable_by_slot(&self, slot: SlotId) -> Option<Value>
fn get_variable_by_slot(&self, slot: SlotId) -> Option<Value>
Obtain the value of a variable by slot ID (fast path).
Default implementation falls back to name-based lookup.
Source§fn set_variable(&mut self, name: String, value: Value)
fn set_variable(&mut self, name: String, value: Value)
Setting variable values
Source§fn get_parameter(&self, name: &str) -> Option<Value>
fn get_parameter(&self, name: &str) -> Option<Value>
Obtain the value of a query parameter (
@name).
Default implementation returns None — contexts without parameter
support simply ignore parameter references.Source§fn get_session_variable(&self, name: &str) -> Result<Value, ExpressionError>
fn get_session_variable(&self, name: &str) -> Result<Value, ExpressionError>
Obtain the value of a session variable (
$name). Read moreSource§fn get_sequence_manager(&self) -> Option<Arc<SequenceManager>>
fn get_sequence_manager(&self) -> Option<Arc<SequenceManager>>
Obtain the sequence catalog manager for
curr_val / next_val.
Default implementation returns None — contexts without sequence
support report the functions’ missing-context error.Source§fn execute_exists(
&mut self,
body: &SubqueryBody,
) -> Result<bool, ExpressionError>
fn execute_exists( &mut self, body: &SubqueryBody, ) -> Result<bool, ExpressionError>

&mut self,
body: &SubqueryBody,
) -> Result<Value, ExpressionError>
fn execute_scalar_subquery( &mut self, body: &SubqueryBody, ) -> Result<Value, ExpressionError>
Scalar-subquery semantics: the first result value, or NULL when the
subquery returns no rows. Streaming contexts override this to dispatch
through the hosting operator’s subquery executor.
Source§fn contains_subquery(
&mut self,
body: &SubqueryBody,
value: &Value,

fn contains_subquery( &mut self, body: &SubqueryBody, value: &Value, ) -> Result<Value, ExpressionError>

Source§fn get_graph_storage(&self) -> Option<GraphStorageRef>
fn get_graph_storage(&self) -> Option<GraphStorageRef>
Obtain the graph storage accessor for graph algorithm functions
Source§fn supports_cache(&self) -> bool
fn supports_cache(&self) -> bool
Check whether the context supports caching.
