Struct LocalProxy

A local HTTP CONNECT proxy.

 WebView  ──CONNECT──▶  LocalProxy  ──(router)──▶  Direct / SOCKS5 upstream

Clone is cheap (Arc-backed). Pass one clone to tokio::spawn(proxy.run()), keep the other for set_router() / set_capture_ca() calls.
