Timezone selector for AbsoluteFormat. SystemLocal resolves at render time via jiff’s auto-detection. Iana(_) carries a pre-resolved jiff zone; jiff is exposed only inside this payload so future variants (Utc, Fixed(offset), etc.) can land without changing the field type.
