Performs L1-regularization.
L2
Performs L2-regularization.
ElasticNet
Performs Elastic Net regularization (L1 + L2 combination).
The parameter l1_ratio controls the mix: 1.0 = pure L1, 0.0 = pure L2.
L1 penalty = lambda * l1_ratio, L2 penalty = lambda * (1 - l1_ratio).
