One of the content classes the seine classifier emits. Each chunk gets exactly one class; the writer’s drop-packing layer routes classes to codecs.

High-entropy data with no recognised magic. Almost certainly random bytes (CSPRNG output, encrypted payloads, /dev/urandom samples) or already-compressed data with no header. Either way compression won’t help; route to STORE without trying.
