Trained dictionary ready for use with compress_with_dict.

Fields

id: u8

Allocated id (0x00..=0xFE). Stored in the manifest’s dictionary_section and referenced by DropRecord::dict_id.

codec: u8

Codec id this dictionary targets (today always CODEC_ZSTD).

content: Vec<u8>

Raw dictionary bytes (omnizip’s serialized form).
