FastCDC parameters.

Fields

name: String

Algorithm name. Defaults to "fastcdc". Reserved for future chunkers ("gear-simd", "leap-cdc", etc.) — today only FastCDC is wired. The writer ignores unknown values today; a chunker_from_config factory lands with the second chunker.

avg_chunk_size: u32

min_chunk_size: u32

max_chunk_size: u32
