Variants§

Lfdr

"lfdr" (limma’s default): average local false discovery rate.

Mean

"mean": twice the mean of the capped p-values.

§

Hist

"hist": histogram tail-mean method (uses nbins).

§

Convest

"convest": convex decreasing density estimate (convest).
