One row of the mroast result table (limma’s mroast data frame).
Fields§
§set: usize0-based position of this set in the input index list, recorded before
any sorting so the caller can recover the original order.
n_genes: usizeNumber of genes in the set (NGenes).
prop_down: f64Active proportion in the down direction (PropDown).
prop_up: f64Active proportion in the up direction (PropUp).
direction: DirectionNet direction (Direction): Direction::Up when the up p-value is the
smaller of the two one-sided p-values, otherwise Direction::Down.
p_value: f64Two-sided (UpOrDown) rotation p-value (PValue).
fdr: f64Benjamini-Hochberg FDR across sets over the two-sided p-values (FDR).
p_value_mixed: f64Mixed, non-directional rotation p-value (PValue.Mixed).
fdr_mixed: f64Benjamini-Hochberg FDR across sets over the mixed p-values (FDR.Mixed).
