pub struct NelderMead {
pub par: Vec<f64>,
pub value: f64,
pub fncount: usize,
pub fail: i32,
}Expand description
Result of nelder_mead, mirroring the parts of R’s optim return value
that callers need.
Fields§
§par: Vec<f64>Best parameter vector found (R’s $par).
value: f64Objective value at par (R’s $value).
fncount: usizeNumber of objective evaluations (R’s $counts[1]).
fail: i32Convergence flag (R’s $convergence): 0 = converged, 1 = maxit
reached, 10 = simplex degenerated during shrink, 2 = objective was
non-finite at the starting point.
