pub enum DecideMethod {
Separate,
Global,
Hierarchical,
NestedF,
}Expand description
decideTests classification method (the full c("separate","global", "hierarchical","nestedF") set). Which methods are supported depends on the
entry point: decide_tests (MArrayLM) handles separate/global/
nestedF and defers hierarchical to the p-value path; whereas
decide_tests_pvalues (p-value matrix) handles separate/global/
hierarchical and rejects nestedF (which requires a fit), mirroring limma.
