Fields

kind: u8

First handshake (1), second handshake (2), data (3), or ACK (4).

receiver_index: u32

The destination’s locally assigned link index.

counter: u64

Data’s Noise nonce, or the data counter acknowledged by an ACK.

payload: Vec<u8>
