Direct in-process channel backend used by embedded handles.

Publish only. There is no subscribe or deliver method here and never has been, which is why ChannelHandle::subscribe on an EmbeddedChannelHandle has no delivery path to reach and refuses instead of returning a stream nothing can feed.

Publishes a typed message reference without protocol framing or wire encoding.

Errors

Returns SdkError if the in-process backend rejects the publish attempt.
