The link a machine offers to open, carried by Frame::LinkOpen.

machine is the sender’s Ed25519 public key as Lys recorded it; the server refuses an offer whose key is not the one recorded for the connection’s verified holder. handshake is the first Noise KK message, keyed from that identity’s X25519 derivation.
