pub struct WithoutLength<T>(pub T);
Expand description

A type for variable-length values within TLV record where the length is encoded as part of the record. Used to prevent encoding the length twice.

This is not exported to bindings users as manual TLV building is not currently supported in bindings

Trait Implementations§

source§

impl<'a> From<&'a String> for WithoutLength<&'a String>

source§

fn from(s: &'a String) -> Self

Converts to this type from the input type.
source§

impl<'a, T> From<&'a Vec<T, Global>> for WithoutLength<&'a Vec<T>>

source§

fn from(v: &'a Vec<T>) -> Self

Converts to this type from the input type.
source§

impl<T: Context> Readable for WithoutLength<Features<T>>

source§

fn read<R: Read>(r: &mut R) -> Result<Self, DecodeError>

Reads a Self in from the given Read.
source§

impl Readable for WithoutLength<String>

source§

fn read<R: Read>(r: &mut R) -> Result<Self, DecodeError>

Reads a Self in from the given Read.
source§

impl<T: MaybeReadable> Readable for WithoutLength<Vec<T>>

source§

fn read<R: Read>(reader: &mut R) -> Result<Self, DecodeError>

Reads a Self in from the given Read.
source§

impl<'a, T: Writeable> Writeable for WithoutLength<&'a Vec<T>>

source§

fn write<W: Writer>(&self, writer: &mut W) -> Result<(), Error>

Writes self out to the given Writer.
source§

fn encode(&self) -> Vec<u8>

Writes self out to a Vec<u8>.
source§

fn serialized_length(&self) -> usize

Gets the length of this object after it has been serialized. This can be overridden to optimize cases where we prepend an object with its length.
source§

impl<T: Context> Writeable for WithoutLength<&Features<T>>

source§

fn write<W: Writer>(&self, w: &mut W) -> Result<(), Error>

Writes self out to the given Writer.
source§

fn encode(&self) -> Vec<u8>

Writes self out to a Vec<u8>.
source§

fn serialized_length(&self) -> usize

Gets the length of this object after it has been serialized. This can be overridden to optimize cases where we prepend an object with its length.
source§

impl Writeable for WithoutLength<&String>

source§

fn write<W: Writer>(&self, w: &mut W) -> Result<(), Error>

Writes self out to the given Writer.
