コード生成時に解決可能なシンボルの集合

bindings.rs、マクロ辞書、inline 関数辞書、ビルトイン関数等から既知のシンボル名を収集する。コード生成時に ExprKind::Ident がこの集合に含まれない場合、未解決シンボルとして検出する。
