Tuning-parameter ranges the server will tolerate.

maxUploadSize, maxRetries and timeoutMs are plain scalar limits; the rest are range hints with the server-chosen default first in the payload.

Cross-file fan-out / global in-flight request cap.

upload_window: IntRange

Per-file upload in-flight chunk window.

download_window: IntRange

Per-file download in-flight chunk window.

chunk_size: IntRange

Upload chunk size (bytes).

max_upload_size: u64

Hard cap on a single upload body (bytes).

max_retries: u64

Per-chunk retry budget.

timeout_ms: u64

Request timeout the server will honor (ms).
