FCP parse, validation and state-machine failure.

Variants§

§

TooLarge

The envelope exceeded a fixed allocation bound.

§

FieldTooLarge

A variable field exceeded its kind-specific bound.

§

Truncated

The envelope was truncated.

§

TrailingBytes

Bytes followed an otherwise complete envelope.

§

Marker did not identify the FCP wire format.

§

UnsupportedVersion

Version is not supported.

§

UnknownKind

Envelope kind is not known.

§

BadSenderKey

The endpoint public key did not parse strictly.

§

BadSignature

The Ed25519 signature did not verify.

§

NonCanonical

Input was not the one canonical encoding of its parsed form.

§

WrongFederation

Remote input did not bind to this federation.

§

WrongAttempt

Remote input did not bind to this attempt.

§

WrongSender

Remote input was not authored by the configured peer endpoint.

§

WrongRecipient

Remote input was not addressed to this local endpoint.

§

SameEndpoint

The configured local and remote endpoint keys were identical.

§

WrongLocalSigner

A local operation used a signer for another endpoint.

§

InvalidState

Operation is not permitted in the current state.

§

Glare

Both peers tried to offer while a local offer was outstanding.

§

WrongCandidateParent

Candidate did not bind to an active offer or answer.

§

BadConfigurationMarker

Configuration marker did not identify the FCP configuration format.

§

UnsupportedConfigurationVersion

Configuration version is not supported.

§

BadConfigurationAuthority

Configuration authority public key did not parse strictly.

§

WrongConfigurationAuthority

Configuration signer did not match the configuration’s pinned authority.

§

BadConfigurationSignature

Configuration signature did not verify.

§

TooManyFederationMembers

Configuration declared more than the fixed member bound.

§

DuplicateFederationMember

Configuration contains a duplicate CFR identity or endpoint binding.

§

BadPostQuantumKey

ML-DSA-65 public-key bytes did not parse as canonical FCP identity material.

§

BadPostQuantumSignatureEncoding

ML-DSA-65 signature encoding was not canonical.

§

BadPostQuantumSignature

ML-DSA-65 signature did not verify.
