A block header as it appears in the file, mirroring asdf_block_header_t.

Fields§

§header_size: u16

Header size excluding the magic and this field.

§flags: u32

Flag bits; bit 0 marks a streamed block.

§compression: [u8; 4]

The compression name, -padded.

§allocated_size: u64

Space reserved for the data.

§used_size: u64

Bytes used on disk.

§data_size: u64

Size of the data once decompressed.

§checksum: [u8; 16]

MD5 of the used data; all-zero means “do not verify”.
