Resolved row’s effective date. Empty when the row is the origin row.

instance: String

uses path of this instance in the consumer (basic, basic.finance).

data: BTreeMap<String, SpecRuleResult>

Evaluated data slots, keyed relative to spec. A slot with a value carries that value; a vetoed slot carries vetoed and veto_reason. Unbound slots are omitted.

rules: BTreeMap<String, SpecRuleResult>

Rule results relative to spec (tax, finance.fee).
