The [egress] section — output/DLP enforcement on agent writes & actions (GL #676). Gates ctx_edit writes and ctx_shell actions before they execute. Compiled into a crate::core::egress::EgressConfig at load time.

Fields

forbidden_patterns: Vec<String>

Regexes that block a write/action when matched (e.g. a prod-DB DSN). Accumulates down the extends chain.

block_secrets: Option<bool>

Block writes/actions carrying detected secrets or PII.

max_writes_per_min: Option<u32>

Rate limit: max agent write/action tool calls per 60 s.
