Wire-compatible context capsule for multi-agent transfer. Contains only references and metadata — never raw content payloads.

capsule_id: String

Content-derived capsule identifier.

manifest_ref: String

Content-addressed reference to the capsule manifest.

selected_refs: Vec<String>

Selected content references, without payloads.

intent: String

Intent the transferred context supports.

budget_tokens: u64

Total token budget assigned to the capsule.

budget_remaining: u64

Token budget still available to recipients.

policy_version: String

Policy version used to construct the capsule.

sensitivity: String

Capsule sensitivity classification.

owner_agent: String

Agent that owns the capsule.

target_agents: Vec<String>

Agents permitted to receive the capsule.

parent_capsule: Option<String>

Parent capsule identifier for transfer chains.

created_at_epoch: u64

Creation time as seconds since the Unix epoch.
