#[non_exhaustive]pub enum Op {
Create,
Update,
}Expand description
Which stage of a save a listener is seeing.
Deletion is deliberately not a variant here. It has its own pair of
listener methods (ModelListener::before_delete and after_delete),
because a listener written for saves must not silently start receiving
deletes: crate::listeners::Timestamps, for one, stamps updated_at on
every save, which is nonsense for a row being removed. Separate methods mean
a listener opts into deletion rather than inheriting it.
Non-exhaustive so a further save stage stays additive.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
