Resolves Text for a request against a shared CatalogStore over a fallback chain (most specific first). Cheap to clone.

Localizes text: resolves the form along the chain (else the source), then interpolates its {name} arguments. Under the pseudo-locale the resolved template is accented and bracketed first.
