AdminConfig

Struct AdminConfig

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct AdminConfig { pub secure_cookie: bool, pub trusted_proxies: Vec<String>, pub timezone: String, pub locale: String, pub app_name: String, pub path: String, pub origin: String, }
Expand description

Deployment-level admin settings passed to router. Per-install brand and per-operator preferences are settings/preferences, not deployment config.

Non-exhaustive: build one with Default and set fields, so a field added in a later release is additive.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§secure_cookie: bool

Set the Secure attribute on the session cookie. Enable behind HTTPS in production; leave off for plain-HTTP local development.

§trusted_proxies: Vec<String>

Networks whose X-Forwarded-For may be believed, as CIDR ranges. Empty trusts nothing and records the peer address. See laterite_core::config::BackendConfig::trusted_proxies.

§timezone: String

Default display timezone for the admin (an IANA name like Asia/Kolkata). Storage is UTC; this only affects rendering. Invalid or empty falls back to UTC. An operator’s own preference overrides it (later).

§locale: String

Default UI locale for the admin (a base tag like en or de). An operator’s own preference and the request’s Accept-Language override it; a locale with no loaded catalog, or an empty value, falls back to en.

§app_name: String

The application name, shown as the admin brand. This is the baseline; a BrandSetting in the admin overrides it. Typically the configured app.name. Empty falls back to Laterite.

§path: String

The URL path the panel is mounted under (typically the configured backend.path). A leading slash is added if missing and a trailing slash is stripped; empty falls back to /admin.

§origin: String

The public origin (scheme://host[:port], no trailing slash) the panel is served from, for the CSRF origin check. Typically the configured app.url; empty falls back to the request Host (dev only), so set it in production.
