One page of a filtered read.

records is a standard polled-messages body: the matching records keep their original offsets, ids, timestamps, headers, and payload bytes. next_scan_offset is the first record the server has not examined, None when nothing was examined and the start selector must be sent again. safe_ack_offset is the last examined offset. The reader may acknowledge it only after every returned record at or below it is fully handled.
