One consumer filter: the expression plus everything that changes what it selects. Its digest identifies these semantics.

SHA-256 over a domain tag and the JSON encoding of the filter. Every semantic field is covered. Two filters get the same digest exactly when their encodings are equal: logically equivalent but differently written expressions keep distinct digests.
