Administration of the authorization layer itself (defining roles and binding them). Gated by authz:admin, never derived from a command code.

KvLease

Lease lifecycle in a coordination namespace: acquire, renew, and release (kv_lease:admin), including delegated acquisition for another subject. Split from Feature::Kv so a state writer’s kv:write grant never implies lease control; the action vocabulary stays the shared read/write/delete/admin set (every action widens the coarse mask by one bit per feature, so features split, actions do not grow).

KvFence

Presenting a fence on a fenced compare-and-swap (kv_fence:read): the right to validate against a coordination namespace’s lease and fence rows without any right to mutate them.

Unrecognized

A feature name a newer peer used that this build does not know. An unknown feature string decodes here instead of failing the whole grant set, and it matches no request (requests only ever carry a known feature), so an unrecognized capability is inert: default-deny, never a silent allow. Displays as unrecognized (a Display that panicked would let one foreign grant crash any UI that renders a grant set), and the string parses back into this same deny sink.
