A chunk-stream writer: auto-incremented sequence, the purpose and the abandonment bound on the opening chunk, one terminal (finish or fail). Dropping the writer without a terminal is the producer-death case readers abandon by deadline.

Buffer writes and append them as ONE batch when max_chunks fill or linger has passed since the first buffered chunk, whichever first. Opt-in for chunk-heavy token streams. The unbuffered stream publishes each write exactly as before. The linger is checked at write (no background task drives this writer), so a stalled producer holds its buffered chunks until the next write, an explicit flush, or the terminal, which always flushes.

Publish the terminal chunk (last = true) with the reason the stream ended and the whole-stream accounting. A buffered stream appends its held chunks and the terminal together, one batch.

Terminate the stream with a kind = error terminal carrying this channel and the next sequence.
