pub struct Delta {
pub uncompressed_bits_per_value: u64,
pub base: u64,
pub deltas: Option<Box<CompressiveEncoding>>,
}Expand description
An unstable Lance 2.3 non-decreasing unsigned fixed-width sequence represented by its first value and the differences between adjacent values.
The child contains one fewer value than the input. The container supplies the input cardinality. Delta has a payload exactly when its child has one.
The input is a u32 or u64 fixed-width data block.
Fields§
§uncompressed_bits_per_value: u64The width of each decompressed value. Must be 32 or 64.
base: u64The first uncompressed value.
deltas: Option<Box<CompressiveEncoding>>Compression applied to the adjacent differences.

This name is the same as it appears in the source .proto file, e.g. FooBar.Source§const PACKAGE: &'static str = "lance.encodings23"
const PACKAGE: &'static str = "lance.encodings23"
Package name this message type is contained in. They are domain-like

fn full_name() -> String
Fully-qualified unique name for this
Message.
It’s prefixed with the package name and names of any parent messages,
e.g. google.rpc.BadRequest.FieldViolation.
By default, this is the package name followed by the message name.
Fully-qualified names must be unique within a domain of Type URLs.impl StructuralPartialEq for Delta
