Tower service returned by OtelTracingLayer.

This service wraps the inner Lambda service to:

1. Create a span for each invocation
2. Extract and set span attributes
3. Propagate context from headers
4. Track response status
5. Signal completion for span export

The service is created automatically by the layer - you shouldn’t need to construct it directly.
