Token usage for a request, when the API reports it.

Both counts are optional because the API does not always send them, and billing is per input token: a silent 0 would read as a free call.

input_tokens: Option<u64>

Input tokens used, or None when the API did not report it.

output_tokens: Option<u64>

Output tokens used, or None when the API did not report it.
