pub fn from_query(s: &str) -> Option<Self>

Parse the tool query parameter. Unknown strings return None, in which case the handler falls back to spawning the user’s shell.

Binary name to look up in $PATH.

pub fn config_env(self) -> &'static str

Env variable each CLI (allegedly) looks at to find an MCP config file.

Kept for backwards-compat with any older CLI version that honored a generic env var. The authoritative mechanism for M3 is the per-CLI adapter in write_cli_config — these env names are best-effort and not relied upon by callers.
